This guarantee is specifically designed for the latest GMAT scoring scale. Depending on your baseline, Manhattan Prep offers a guarantee with one of two outcomes:
- If your baseline is 585 or higher and you commit to the prep program, you are guaranteed an official score of 655 or higher.
- If your baseline is below 585 and you commit to the prep program, you are guaranteed a 70-point score increase over your baseline.
If you meet the eligibility requirements and don’t see these results, you can choose either a full tuition refund or a free course retake.
GMAT Score Guarantee Requirements
To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:
- Establish a baseline by taking an official GMAT exam or an official practice exam under test conditions within six months prior to your prep program’s start date.
- Attend all live classes or tutoring sessions. For tutoring, use all hours over at least 60 days to ensure consistent engagement.
- Complete all assignments, including before-class and after-class assignments. Assignments must be marked complete in your study plan.
- Take five full-length official practice exams under test conditions as assigned.
- Score 80% or higher on the Basic Math Diagnostic or complete the Foundations of Math study plan during the first third of your course.
- Sit for the official exam within 60 days of your last class or tutoring session.
How to Get a Refund or Retake from Manhattan Prep
If you have completed the commitment requirements but did not achieve the guaranteed score, follow these three steps to redeem the guarantee within 30 days of taking the official exam:
Step 1: Take the Official GMAT Exam
Sit for the official exam within 60 days of your last class or tutoring session.
Step 2: Submit Your Results
Send your official GMAT results and official practice test history to Manhattan Prep within 30 days of taking the official exam.
Step 3: Choose Your Refund Type
Contact support to request either a 100% tuition refund (minus shipping fees, if applicable) or a free repeat of your original program (including live course and tutoring hours, as applicable to your package).
